pizza dough

Hey Everyone!
My head pizza guy left me and know my dough is terriable!!! I cant get it right!!! I need some help Any one have time to help me!! my biz is suffering my customers are calling and complaining!!!!!  I have the recipre for our dough but cant get it right he was oboviously doing it different....

I'm sorry to hear that.
There are a lot of people here who would be happy to help you but much more information is needed.
You could start by posting the recipe, and your detailed method of making the dough etc.
If you spend some time here, I'm sure you could find all the help you need on your own.

Thanks man. I've been working on my site quite a bit lately. I like that it's all hand coded, which I've been learning lately. I'm in the process of working on a cooler way to present all my photos.
