What is your favirote pie of all time?

I might have to say that the Bianca (garlic, olive oil, mozz di bufala, basil, sea salt) at Una Pizza Napoletana was pretty remarkable. I've tried to re-create it but I'm still working at it.

This post is making me homesick,my favorite pizza is from PEPE'S PIZZA in in New Haven,Connecticut.The Fresh Clam pie is my favorite apizza of all time.This pizza has Fresh Clams,Garlic,Olive Oil,Oregano and freshly grated Parmigiana Cheese.I dream of eating this Apizza the crust is slightly charred,chewy and has an outstanding flavor.

This question is difficult to answer.  I cannot say for certain what the best pie I ever had was.  However, it wasn't in USA.

The first time I had a pizza at Savoy's in St Paul, MN. I'm sure I've had better since then, many at home, but that first one at Savoy's.....like everyone's first time......;-)

I am not a big one for eating pizza outside of my home, and I have made many memorable pizzas in my own home oven, as imperfect as it is, but I would say that some of the best pizzas I ever had were some that scott r made for me a few years ago at his and Kim's apartment in Boston, using the altered clean cycle method. I remember at the time telling scott that he could sell the pizzas he made for me. They were that good.
