When I say affordable, I mean under £500. I am based in the UK and I bought this oven (Roller Grill PZ330) about a year ago for £390. It is fantastic. I cook Neopolitan style pizzas in less than 3 minutes. It has a a special fire stone and gets up to 662f (350c) in less than 15mins. It has 8 quartz heating elements, 4 on the top, 4 on the bottom. It is small enough to fit on any countertop in a domestic kitchen and has uses beyond pizza making, and I make naan bread which comes out superb. It has seperate heating elements at the top and bottom. The only minor drawback is it doesn't have independant thermosat control for the top and the bottom, but this is really only a minor issue as I have never come accross a situation where I need independant thermostat control for the top and bottom. However, you can choose to switch on either the top or bottom heating elements: ie, the top element only if you want to use it as a grill.
I will send pics the next time I make pizza.
