i'm new to this group. i've used DKM's chicago style pizza recipe for a little while now. i have a decent thin crust pizza too, but my favorite by far is the chicago-style.
i want to be able to make pizzas for parties. have you had any experience with that? it is possible to cook two pizzas at a time? would using pizza stones make that possible. could you bake chicago-style on the bottom rack and thin crust on the top with a stone?
i really don't know much about the mechanics of pizza making yet...i pretty much follow good recipes and follow my tastebuds
. any thoughts would be really great.
