As some of you may remember, I went to Rome last year.
In my opinion the best pizza (at least out of all I tried) was "Pizza Forum" - which is a pizza joint near the Colesseum.
Really nice crust. Attached is a pic of the pizza I had there.
I was impressed to see that pizza in Italy is very very simple - not much in the way of topping. They dont smother their pizza's in toppings the way we tend to in Australia (and the US from what Ive seen). They were simple and delicious. They eat a whole pizza as a meal and use a knife and fork - and they dont slice them into wedges as we do!
