pizzablogger,

Thanks for posting the video.  :)  I really enjoyed watching it.  The cheese, arugula and lemon juice sound great for toppings.

Glad you enjoyed it Norma.

He also does another pizza called Parma d'Or, which adds Prosciutto di Parma to the Greenpointer.

I made one of these last night and I have to agree with what Paulie says the lemon really brings out the flavors on this pizza. The saltiness from the prosciutto with the pepperiness of the arugula and the tartness from the lemon. It all works together and makes a great tasting pizza. My cousin was like why are you putting arugula on a pizza I told him to shut up and eat it, I didn't hear him saying anything after that.

You sir, are my hero.  So much in fact, that I drive around with a little statue of you on my dashboard.

My kid just moved back home from Brooklyn and despite my regular and incessant pleadings, NEVER went to your joint.  I'm a little miffed to say the least, but I gained a great stickman.
