Another Pizza-making Video

I don't know if this has been posted before but at over 8 minutes it's one of the longer 'real neapolitan' pizza-making videos I've seen.

There are several other videos filmed at 'Pizzeria Totò Sapori' including a huge ?metre long? pizza (though no indication of how that was shaped!)

Thanks. Fun to watch. I like the way the pies were lifted to the top of the dome for a few seconds.
