Giusto's Peek Performer Source Needed In So. Calif
« on: July 21, 2009, 05:04:32 PM »
Hi Everyone-
I am looking for a source to purchase a bag of Guisto’sPeek Performer somewhere in Orange County or L.A. So far I have had no such luck contacting the distributors.  Would anyone on our board have any contacts they could forward?

Thanks,

Fred

I'd check with the guys in San Francisco and shoot them an e-mail.

I spoke to the people at World Pantry and they do not carry Peek Performer. The people at Giusto's did say that they are working on a better way to help distribute their product, but they are not there yet.

Maybe they don't know their own inventory but it's listed on their website as a 5lb bag, a case or a 50 lb bag:

Scroll down to "Natural Flours" and it's the last item listed. I'd give them a call again and point that out. It could also be that the item is discontinued.
