...to break out the black enameled steel special and get to makin', bakin, and eatin. Didn't hit the Italian store this time, but the supermarket worked just fine.  Del Fratelli sauce, Hormel Pepperoni, and sliced Boar's Head Whole Milk Mozz.  Yeah, that's a plan.  Details Saturday.

Well the pizza worked out fairly well for material bought at the supermarket. I'm still having problems getting the rising in the pan prior to baking totally right.  The dough was not very puffed up in the pan, and I'll scan other threads for help there.  The Del Fratelli went straight on, no spice additions and worked great.  The same for the BH Mozz, even the wife commented on how rich the pizza was.

Michael Buffer's (of "Let's get ready to ruuuuuuummmmble" fame) brother.

Bruce does the pre-fight introductions for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He's definitely not as good as his brother, but definitely gets enthusiastic.

Personally, I've always preferred the more down key, "Ladies and Gentlemen, It's Showtime".....
