Bari thermostat will go to 700
Most others 650.
Not sure that means Bari is better. I think Baker's Pride Y-600 is most powerful per square inch, but you can also change out the burner orifices for more heat.
You might be able to adjust some of the thermostats to tweak out another 50 degrees out of them.
