Has anyone tried Corvino brand buffalo mozzarella? Stopped by my local Italian import store yesterday and bought some. It comes in a plastic bag. I believe it is shipped to the U.S. frozen. It was actually pretty good on my pizza tonight. It melts so much better than cow's milk mozz. I've only found Gustosella brand locally. I wish I could try them both at the same time to compare.
