This dough is not streached, but patted out.  I used 19 oz to make a 16" pie.  If I did it again i would only use 16 oz.

Looks great. When you were eating it did it taste more like a deep-dish or a regular pizza? Or possibly a cross between the two?

More of a cross between the two.  I used a different sauce so that is part of it.  I cooked it faster - about 10 minutes - and at a higher oven temp of 500 o
