Here is a fold over NY Style Lehmann Recipe I made today. Make 10" dough, put into oven until puffed up, take out of oven. I spread sauce, put ham and swiss cheese on half of puffed dough and folded over. Back into oven until baked, then cut into three triangles. Tasted great. I also made sauce, pepperoni, ham, salami, and mozzarella fold overs. I didn't take pictures of those.
