While on vacation in San Francisco a local told me to try this place for a good thin pie. It is one of Coppolas resteraunts and is quite nice. I Asked to see the oven here and it is indeed a small wood fired mugani. Even though it was cooked in the 750 degree range the pizza was quite delicious. This is a case where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. We were there for a late lunch and saw many pies going by. The crust had a great crisp to it and the sauce and cheese were very tasty. I would certainly go back. The 2 wines we had were also very good. -marc
