I was wondering if anyone has tried this flour to make a NY Style pizza? My local The Restaurant Store is now carrying this product in 50 lb. bags for 12.90. They have told me many pizza shops in my area are purchasing the flour. I am now using All Trumps and don't want to make any radical changes if it will affect my dough. I Goggled the flour and found out the website where they make the flour. It is www.adm.com
