Pizza Specific Yeast

A search turned up nothing on this so I'll ask:

What about pizza-specific yeast?!

Also Saf-Pizza brand, out of Europe.

Neither can be ordered online. One store in NYC *might* carry the first one.

They claim dough will rise as fast as can be and also be more durable than usual due to added enzymes.

I'd love to combine such "no rise" yeast with King Arthur dough flavor to obtain in a few minutes what usually requires waiting overnight for!

The Fleischmann's Pizza Yeast appears to be their standard RapidRise yeast with some dough relaxers.

I've been using the Saf-Pizza brand for a while now which they claim prevents the ovaling of the skin when opening the dough. I find it as a false claim and there is no benefit over using regular ADY which I happen to also use.
