Thanks.

Looks like most folks really like this sauce.

I love this sauce and it has been my favorite pizza sauce (as well as meatball sauce) for a long time now.  My only complaint is that it is salty.  The morning after I eat a pizza with this sauce I always feel salty and gross.   I'm now messing around with making my own sauce so I can control the salt amount and although I haven't come close to the great Don Peppino flavor, at least I don't feel salty gross.

This sauce is great tasting however - I love the consistency of it.

Yes, this is a great sauce.  My family loves it as a dipping sauce.. and it's especially good on Veal/Chicken Parm.  As for a pizza sauce, I was using it and it's excellent... but I prefer making my own now with 7/11 Ground Tomatoes and Full Red Pizza Sauce w/basil.  If you live in the south about the only way you will be able to get it is to order it from PennMac or from Don Pepino themselves.  I usually order it from Don Pepino... just call them.  They are very friendly.  When I go home to Upstate NY I buy cases of it because it is pretty much a staple in all grocery stores up there (saves on shipping).  Good luck.

Located in East Tennessee.  I started making pizza's back in college (a part time job working for my uncle), then as a hobby, and makingpizza forum made me obsessed with it.  Now I own my own pizza shop.  The hardest part about the whole journey was finding the right distributors so that you can get the ingredients that you really want.  The website isn't advertised yet.. as you could tell it wasn't finished.  I'm doing the website on my own and don't have much time to work on it lately.  Thanks for looking at it though.
