the three oven choices are under forno ovens. if you call them they are very prompt. marc, he may have mentioned your oven when i called to see if he delivered to any us cities .

marc, how many 11 inch pizzas can you get in that oven at one time ?

Scott,  thanks the pictures do some justice,  but not 100%  They really looked like they came straight outta Italy in person.  Zaman, I think two is going to be the 12 -13 inch limit on this oven,  just because I couldn't imagine managing 3 in there at a time,  even at 11 inches.  I think this thing could easily be taken down to 45 second bakes so its capacity could be over 100 an hour easily  with two people working well together.

Matt,  it needs a roof built over it to stay outside as the top is open.  At this point I really don't know what is in store for it,  but I have a couple of ideas.  Surely it will be in the garage most of the winter.  thanks guys.  -marc
