I have an outside WFO that is in a relatively poorly lighted area. As it's getting darker earlier, it's hard to tell how the food is progressing with non-pizza cooks. When baking pizza, the fire is hot and bright enough that I don't have to worry. But when used for other things, especially bread with just embers, I tend to grab a flashlight to shine in.
I wouldn't want to mount anything right IN the oven, but I'm looking for something I could maybe mount just outside the door, pointing into the oven. Anyone know of something that could take the heat?
