My submission for the "Fall Harvest" is a Lehmann dough using KASL.  I baked 3 kinds of squash, (spaghetti, butternut, and acorn).  I used my basic pizza sauce, cheeses and then added the baked squash.  The spaghetti squash was really interesting.  I topped with a little fresh basil and parsley.  The Fall Harvest Pie turned out well and tasted good.  It sure was colorful.  Since squash really doesn't have a lot of flavor it went well with the pizza.

Those pies look great Norma!  The colors are wonderful.  I’m still trying to decide on a Harvest Pie.  I’ve “harvested” a few pheasant….I wonder….maybe smoked breast meat?  I'm open to suggestions!

ninapizza23,
Thanks for saying it was a good idea.  :)

parallei,
Your idea of fall harvest with the peasant smoked sounds great, too.  There are so many ideas for fall.  I used the fresh parsley to represent leaves.

Summer sausage aged an extra couple months, so fall sausage. Onions and peppers harvested in the fall, and if that's not 'fall' enough then the background should fill in the blanks.

Aww, thanks Norma. Yours does too, and you actually are in theme whereas I'm just being a goof.  :P

I'm just happy Bill or Peter didn't delete it, I attribute the save mostly to the nice back yard, lol.
