Pizza Hut Cheesy Bites base/crust

Hi all

Great to be part of this fantastic group! I only just discovered this site today but i've been reading posts on here for about 3 hours now! I love pizza and pizza making so its great to chat about the fineries of pizza cooking with like minded individuals.

I was wondering, does anyone know of a good recipe for the Pizza Hut Cheesy Bites crust?

I believe that the Cheesy Bites pizzas (for a typical photo see http://www.farsons.com/filebank/imagebank/press_releases/75_PizzaHut_CheesyBites.jpg) were a promotional item that may no longer be available in the U.S. I did a search of the U.S. Pizza Hut website and, while I found typical PH menus and the PH ingredient statements and nutrition information, I did not find anything on the Cheesy Bites. Are you outside of the U.S. by any chance? I see that PH is offering the Cheesy Bites in the U.K, as noted at http://www.pizzahut.co.uk/restaurants/menus--deals/restaurant-menu/pizzas.aspx. I also found the PH UK ingredient lists and nutrition information at http://www.pizzahut.co.uk/restaurants/menus--deals/dietary-information.aspx. If you look under Pizza Recipes, you will find a list of the components of the various versions of the Cheesy Bites but no specific information as to the ingredients that go into the Cheesy Bite crusts. That makes recreating the Cheesy Bite product problematic.

Peter's right.  That type of pizza is available in other parts of the world - especially the Far East (Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Thailand).

The Our Best Bites website did something similar, but separate from a pizza: http://www.ourbestbites.com/2009/06/stuffed-pizza-rolls.html  If you wanted to still use it as part of a pizza, just connect it to the end of your pan pizza (above the lip/rim).
