i use a brass one too, but the ones i see on videos (like yours) seem softer then mine....
maybe wen I'm in the states ill buy one (just the head)....

Yeah, get that one.  I bought the short bristled brush that you see advertised all over some years back and hated it.  When I got the mobile oven, THAT cool brush came with it.  It does a super job.

I have two oven brushes, one that most Pizzaria's have, brass bristles on one side and metal blade on the other - it has a 4 foot long handle and a bakery brush which is about 6 ft long and has about 4 ft of a natural fibre bristle. A picture of all my tools is attached. 
From L to R  garden hoe for oven use only, long bakery brush, brass oven brush, insulated inner door, outside door, metal pizza peel, 2 short pizza peels, narrow long bread peel.

Well-made.  Cool aluminum handle.. that cools down quickly.
