How do you know what my pizza's look like,I have never posted a pic??

You're right....I am making the statement based on watching the episode Diner's Drive Inn's & Dives that featured your pizzeria.  Also, if you search the forum you will see a review from one of the members who visited your establishment.  Justin, don't take this the wrong way, like I said, I respect what you do & your knowledge as an experienced pizzaiolo.  Based on what I saw, your pizza to me is more like NY Elite than Neapolitan.

Not taking it in a bad way,but we have pizzas with toppings that are not your traditional napoletana style, but also have a traditional Margherita with DOP San Marzano Tomatoes, and we also make our own fresh mozzarella. Will send a pic soon.We have also gotten away from some of the pizzas we serve and I am leaning towards more traditional naples style pies. The show was shot over a year ago,and I was still trying to create the identity I wanted for the pizzeria,so that being said,I have changed alot, for the better.
