My BLT Pizza
« on: August 23, 2010, 06:59:58 PM »
Here is a recent pic of the BLT I made.....

Regular crust.
Paint on some Olive Oil with a brush
A little bit of Garlic Powder mixed into the oil base (as always)
Part skim Polly-O Mozz

Bake for 7 minutes (or whatever it takes in your oven) - then add toppings and put back in oven for a minute or two.
toppings:
Cooked Bacon chunks
Lettuce strips
Sliced tomatos
Then fill a mustard/ katsup dispenser with ranch and a little mayo (shake it up in the dispenser) and make an appetizing design (or not)

Here she is:  Semi light.... Very tasty!

Sorry no egg... but the topper sauce has 25% Best foods mayo in it - 75% ranch.
