I bought a case of this about 6 months ago and found it to be pretty good. The reason I tried it, is because I had always incorporated some Provolone in with my East Coast Blend. I will tell you however that I found the ECB to be better. To me the 50/50 was a little too sharp/pungent for me. The ECB is a milder cheese. I am going back to ECB with about 10-20% Provolone..
