Is it always in Maine?  I'd love to go, but it's a hike.

I guess it would be always in Maine.  It is run by the local conservation district to promote local farmers, grains, millers,WFO, and bakers.  It has become an international event to some extent.  I would say that other local agricultural districts could replicate it on their own turf as a boost to agribusiness and possible agritourism expansion.
