Developing a new flour

Hi pizza folks,

I'm working on developing a new flour and I'd like a bit of help. I'm looking for someone in the Northern California area to test and deliver detailed feedback on different flour blends. I only can handle dealing with a couple people at a time because I have to tend to other responsibilities.

There is no pay ... the only compensation is free flour for the span of the project. Interested?
