Calzone

Made some more Calzone today using my formula from http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,9786.0.html.  Turned out fantastic.

-sauteed spinach, dry cured black olives, sundried tomatoes, anchovies
-Prosciutto cotto & Scamorza
-Home made ricotta & potatoes
-hot casalingo salami & baby provolone
-Nutella

Thanks for posting what you use as filling.
Can you tell me what the taste of the calzone was like with Nutella added?   ::)  That sure sounds different.

Awesome. You have to spoon it on & can't really spread it. What I typically do is press on top of the calzone once they are formed to spread it out.
