Thanks to Matthew for the Valoroso Foods tip! I am getting my first delivery of Caputo pizzeria flour next Tuesday. They also carry a lot of great items that I am going to try as well. Like, tomatoes from Sardinia, Partanna EVO from Sicily and they have an excellent price on Grana Padano. Thanks again.
