Pay me no mind, just being funny in the time lapse sense, sorry. I'm in bad way lately as since I went to 15" pies and tried the dough calculator my pies have gone to hell, can't figure out why. My 6 day doughs are dead on arrival, tear, white non rising rims, just lost interest in the whole thing basically. So sorry to be sarcastic, I'll just keep it to myself.
