High-Gluten Flour In New England
« on: December 20, 2009, 06:28:02 AM »
Recently I gave bad information about where to get high-gluten flour in New England. Bakers pantry is no longer in Framingham, MA they are now now doing business as Cirelli Warehouse Market at 30 Commerce Blvd. in Middleboro, MA (near Cape Cod). (800) 242-0939. http://www.cirelli.com. It looks like you might be able to order on line as well.

They have 50 pound bags of KASL for $18.50 (about $0.34 a pizza).

I also saw 50 bags of All Trumps (bromated)

they also have the full line of stanislaus tomatoes, pastene, hunts, red pack, DOP and non DOP san marzano's, empire mozzarella, harvest king flour, plus all kinds of other great stuff!  check out their on line catalog for all kinds of stuff they don't have out on the floor.   as long as you dont need to break up cases they will get you anything from the list.
