I was so lucky to work with these ovens for so many years. I wish I still had mine as the new owners know nothing about them and treat them really bad, never clean them, abuse the counterweight balanced doors, really know nothing about making pizza, and have no interest in the Mastro story. I hope the fall apart on them.
