I finally used the last doughball yesterday. I stretched it a little bigger than the original 14 inches and baked on the steel in the middle of the oven. I didn't time it but the bottom browned quickly and I had to "dome" it to keep the bottom from charring. Not bad for a week old dough. It sure tasted good!
When I die, I want my remains scattered all over Disney World. Also, I don't want to be cremated!
