Detroit Style Pizza Co. Pans
« on: November 20, 2012, 04:01:40 PM »
I want to try my hand at a Sicillian pie. I was about to order some pans from the Detroit Style Pizza Co., but I figured I'd check here to see if they are any good. I have heard them mentioned here before but never much critique. Are they any good?

That's where I got mine. I think they are exactly what you want for the style.

Thanks Craig, that's all the endorsement that I need. I just placed the order.

Wasn't sure where to post this, and am sorry I didn't see it sooner.  The Detroit Style Pizza Pans are on sale until the end of today.  There isn't much off of each pan though.

One 10" x 14" is on the way.

Thanks for the research everyone!
