Really pretty pizzas everyone!  No wonder all these pizza restaurants are filing for bankruptcy!  I am impressed and inspired continually reading this thread.

Four-hour emergency dough with Negroni uncured Napoli salami, garlic stuffed green olives and basil.
Things have never been more like today than they are right now.

DDT

3 day bulk CT ferment., about 5 hours at RT balled. WMM,  Vegan wannabe salami, figs, blue cheese, Calabrian chilies, balsamic glaze post bake. The dough was crunchy and airy.

Thank you! I use a Gozney Dome preheated for about an hour to around 830F. I drop the flame to low just before I launch the pizza and let it rock and roll for 3-5 minutes.

Was hungry and wanted a heavy one. Sausage and black olives under the cheese, pepperoni on top. 

But i overshot my deck temperature when i surely shoulda undershot it. Went on at about 770f. Shoulda ran inside for a pan to stick under it.

Today's lunch.  12" sourdough NY style 60% hydration, all trumps,  1.5% salt, 1% butter.  3.75oz sauce, romano, 4oz cheese (1 sharp white cheddar, 3 whole milk low moisture mozzarella), pepperoni, mushroom and a big bubble!  7.5 minute bake at 525F bottom, 575F top in home slice oven using steel.

Hi,
New here, be gentle :)
First image, Neapolitan style, sweet potato cream with steamed sweet potatoes / mozzarella.
The oven is Onni Koda 12, baked the pizza outdoors, while camping in the desert.

Second one, again,  Neapolitan style, tomato sauce, mozzarella and everything we had around on top :)
A slice a day keeps the sad away.
