So this was one of my best!! Crust was great toppings even better.

Did an American style crust King Arther flour.  Put down ranch dressing, cheese, bbq chicken, onions, fresh green peppers and into the oven for about 10 minutes and then bbq sauce rings then back into the oven for 5-8 more minutes.  Oh yeah this was great!!

I love getting those big air bubbles in the crust!!! makes me a happy pie maker!!

Thanks for looking!!

This was 100% part skim Mozz. fresh grate on it.

I like to do a 60-40 mozz to mild cheddar on my bbq pizzas but when I went to get the chedd. out of the frig, this kids/wife already ate it... :'(

it still was a great pie, crust was perfect, and i used ken's ranch as the white sauce.

Sorry missed this.. 475*  I find that is working best for me and my dough and stones.  Pre heat for atleast 50 minutes.
