Vegan Cal Tech...

Modified Cal Tech dough...  I added soymilk, molasses and rye flour. Toppings: roasted asparagus, shitaki musrooms and sliced water chestnuts.  Basil aioli sauce, Daiya vegan cheese. Yum

I had to look up the Cal Tech reference.  Fun list of ingredients.  I'd like a slice.
