Looks great!

I grew those little apple peppers one year along with Rocoto chilis. The manzano is a unique plant to say the least.

@Mmmph....That's great to know and btw what's in the photo is a Red Rocoto (my mistake) from Argentina. I also grow a few types on Manzano's....they're a long season crop and in our zone I have to start the seedlings under lights before the other peppers early January...thanks for the reply

I wish I couild type faster....just like I play chopsticks on the piano....ha

Any of the pies baked on the Blackstone use blue bag "pizzeria"....indoors I mix things up a bit sometimes Caputo Metro but usually a mix of Whole Foods AP mixed with French T45...about 75/25 blend in the KA

Wonderful topping combinations. The pies look great, especially the first one. I will definitely be trying these.
