A special pizza paddle

I have worked closely with Bon Appetit and when they  heard I was leaving sent a gift my way.  It was very thoughtful and I will hang it on our soon to be pizzeria wall.  My students also signed it.  It is made of bamboo!  Walter

Thanks guys   The coolest writing is from Tanner.  He has Downs Syndrome and loves his grandfather.  He was an army cook in WWII thus the "1941" above his post.  Tanner loves it that he too is a cook and is proud to carry on in his grandfathers footsteps.  I am going to have a trophy shop make a small brass plate with the date and a little info on the paddle.  Walter
