Good morning. I from Italy and i Know Mecnosud brand. It is good but better spiral mixers in this moment is branded STARPIZZA for quality and price.
I have used all 2 models and in STARPIZZA model dough become less hot.
I don't want to make advertising to them ,but if someone need it, i know they ship worldwide from italy.

I saw those on ebay... On the Italian site, StarPizza has Euro-voltage Fimar and IGF (igffornitalia.com) mixers. Ebay only shows the IGF, with US motors. I can't find any RPM numbers, but there was a pizza.it forum post that said the single speed was slow.

In IGF they has not only european voltage.
they have also in 110V for 1 speed and 230V 3ph 60 hz for 2 speeds.
They branded with their name ,but machine is IGF.
I used from many years this machine and i guarantee it is the best on the italian market !

It's great to see more small spiral mixers arriving in the US market. Could you please post a video of your mixer in action?

I agree. Would love to see this machine in action. I can happily post videos of the mecnosed in action if anyone is interested?

I contacted the ebay seller, to ask about mixing speeds for the US voltage machines:

1Ph:
giri spirale: 93 / min
giri pentola: 10 / min

Giri 3Ph:
spirale 1° velocità: 93 / min
pentola 1° velocità: 10 / min

spirale 2° velocità: 180 / min
pentola 2° velocità: 20 / min

Hi. Anyone using igf 2200/s07 spiral mixer?

I foujd this in market place asking for $280

But i couldnt find any review or informationt

Its 1 speed spiral mixer, could it be too slow for todays standard mixer.

Also i ask the guy he said it can be speed up coz he added an item beside the machine to control the speed.
