Apples and cheddar

Pan cooked the apple slices in a tiny bit of butter just until softened.  Made a base layer out of fresh grated parmigiano and raw sugar with tiny bits of butter, then topped with apple slices and baked for 6 mins, topped with sharp cheddar and broiled less than one minute.
