Thought I would throw out the baby with the bathwater on this one and just try all of them.  New Dessert Pizza. Honey crisp apple, rasberry, strawberry banana,  fresh drizzle of honey, dollops of sweetened ricotta cream with chocolatte chips. Post baked drizzle of warmed nutella, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and fresh mint. I expected this to be overly sweet but it was actually well balanced and complex.

Looks nice !
Still, I have two suggestions :
- cut the mint leaves (like into "julienne" or so)
- nutella + mint + cinnamon ? I would say one ingredient is too much (nutella + cinnamon ok, or nutella + mint maybe)
That's how I would do  ;)

Yeah I could juilliene the mint for presentation. The apples absorb the cinnamon during the bake. Like I mentioned in the post I just threw a bunch of fruit, spices and nutella just to experiment. It sounds overs the top and improperly paired but it is actually really good and well balanced combined. The cinnamon is a hint which is absorbed into the apples. The straw berries and rasberries are some what carmelized. In proper dosages and surprisingly enough you don taste one thing over powering another with each bite. It's basicly s very long Symphony from start to finish forward palate to back palate with every bite. But everyone's taate is different.
