I was watching an episode of triple D and there is a place in Washington state that makes PB&J pizza and people come from miles around for this specialty pizza.

So I decided to give it a try.
15" New York style crust, got about a cup of peanut butter and heated it up in the microwave for easy spreading. Then topped it with homemade strawberry jam.
2 minutes in the Blackstone and perfection.

Everyone was sceptical, but the peanut butter had a nice roast to it and I get asked to make it for every pizza party now.

Let me know if you try it.

"Ultimately, pizza is a variety of condiments on top of bread. If I wanted to evolve, I figured out that I had to understand bread and first make the best bread I possibly could. Only then could my pizza evolve as well." Dan Richer

I can see this working. I used to do wing nights with my like 20 of my friends back when wings were cheap and we'd do all different kinds of sauces. Peanut butter and jelly wings (peanut butter, strawberry habanero jelly, some red wine vinegar) were a huge hit.
