Hi everyone!

I wanted to share a cook book that my father published last week on Amazon :) - it's about homemade bread, pizza, focaccia, using quick kneading and folds techniques mostly (no machines required).

My father has spent many years experimenting the best bread and pizza-making techniques proposed by world famous bakers (like from Ken Forkish, Peter Reinhart, etc) and around last year decided to venture in writing his own book. The recipes presented in this book, and the steps needed to prepare them, are a refinement and a compendium of the many books he has studied and adapted for use by a serious home-baker apprentice.

There are both digital and paperback versions available on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08N81RSRZ/?tag=pmak-20 (and all other Amazon Marketplaces)

More info and pictures of the pizza recipes can be seen at https://open-crumb.com/home-3/creations/ and a description of the book here https://open-crumb.com/home-3/book/

You can also follow us on Instagram @open.crumb

Would love to hear your feedback!

Happy baking,
A*

I just wanted to add my thumbs up for this book, "The Elusive Open Crumb".  It is very well written and illustrated and a great book for both pizza and bread.

Mr. Cerati has released a new book, "ALTRE BRICIOLE", (Other Crumbs).
Unfortunately, this is written in Italian and has not been translated to English.  I hope he will take the time for the translation, if it is as good as his first book it will have a place in my library.
