Ataulfo mangos, candied ginger, brown clarified butter, turbinado sugar on leftover sourdough crust - served with unsweetened whipped cream. Adapted from Kenji's adaptation of Pepin's apple galette. The little pieces of candied ginger sprinkled over the crust really kicked it up a notch.
