Summer job making pizzas in a dream location!

I'm looking for an experienced Neapolitan pizza chef to join us in one of the most beautiful locations in the UK for the summer season with the option for a permanent position. Having been a long-timer lurker on these forums, I know how many excellent amateur pizzaiolos there are on here, so I'm opening recruitment for this position out to you guys and girls too.

The Isle of Lewis is featured in almost any list of the world's best beaches, with turquoise seas and white sands that stretch for miles! Add to that mountains, lochs, and amazing wildlife and you get a dream location to work for the summer... we see eagles and red deer almost every day!

You will work around 40 hours across 4-5 days leaving you plenty of time to explore the islands. We can help you find short-term accommodation for the duration of your contract.

You must have experience of working with Neapolitan style pizzas and be confident with oven management with wood/gas ovens. You will be responsible for leading our small team of staff while on shift, with duties ranging from dough making and topping prep to hand stretching and cooking consistently great pizzas.

You will enjoy working in a fun, but fast paced environment. Our team dynamic is really important, so you must have a great personality and love working closely with others.

Would you help me get work authorization?  Just kidding - in my younger years, if I could make it work somehow this would have been a dream come true.

I actually have most of the paperwork that I supposedly need to get Irish citizenship (a little hobby of mine), but that won't do much to allow me to work in the UK.
