Hello Pizza Lovers!

My name is Marc and I am the owner and operator of my family owned pizzeria in, Nassau County New York! I'm posting here today, in search for pizzaioli/operators who meet the specific criteria needed to flourish in this highly evolving business.

To provide some context, over the last few years we have been developing an artisan pizza program using only the highest quality ingredients. Like many of you, we became well versed with all types of preferments and sourdough applications. Pushing our limits with mixing methods, fermentation styles, and final bake parameters. The adoption of these new methods has allowed us to find a new perspective and passion for a business we have been working in for over 20 years.

As we set to launch our new concept, we welcome candidates who share our passion for artisan pizza to join our team. While commercial pizzeria experience with knowledge of sourdough/preferments is preferred, it is not required. If you or anyone you may know is looking to enter this space I welcome you to reach out and have a conversation with me.
