I've watched several of her videos and I've never seen one where she shows the baked result.

It's the most difficult style of pizza to handle IMO.  That said, Bonci and Massimiliano Saieva don't seem to be nearly as precious when they're stretching the dough into pans.
Things have never been more like today than they are right now.

I picked only on hands, flour, water, and oil. Interesting that she sprayed them with (presumably) water  sometime before baking. It is too bad we don't see the final results. Interesting though!

Any food video that doesn't show the final results is practically useless as far as I'm concerned. And I've seen others do the same thing with pizza videos. They spend 10 or 15 minutes talking and showing their prep work (which would be useful, if we saw what it was leading up to), then expect the viewer to fill in the rest with their imagination. I don't get it. With pizza (and bread) in particular, we really need to see the interior crumb to have any idea whether the work involved led up to a satisfactory product.
If we're not questioning the reason for our existence, then what the hell are we doing here?!
