What Grandma Pizza Sliced CHEESE are we using?

I have been wanting to start making Grandma pizza.
And from Most of the YouTube videos they are putting Slices of Cheese on.
Justing wondering what you folks are using?What Brands are used Most?
I always have been buying Grande WM Mozz by the case butttt it seems that Grande have a brand called Grande Avorio Fresh Mozzarella.......Have anyone been using it?I think I would like it butttt I would have to buy a case of it.......

FWIW, many people attribute the Grandma pie to Umberto's (perhaps because they claim to have invented it), and they use their regular wide-shredded mozz for them (though a different sauce). I recorded a video of them topping a pie a few years ago, link below:

I seen my Distributor selling Grande Avorio,2 7lb loafs per case and think it should be no more then $50 per case.
Nice to see that Grande has a Fresh Mozz that I am sure many use.............JT
