50% biga help please!

I started making biga 50% (following one of Vito's many recipes lol). The recipe was 600g flour, 300g water and 3g yeast.
But that's where it ends. What are the amounts for the rest of the dough?
*the video had a link to finish making the dough but the video uses different amounts for the initial biga

AFAIK, Vito's not on this forum - you'd do better to ask him through his channel, or use another biga process.
